Are delivery and pick up available?

Yes, our delivery area includes Nicollet County, Blue Earth, and Le Sueur County. Fees are based on our normal business hours which are Monday through Saturday 8am to 5pm. After hours arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

 

Is set up of rental items available?

 

Yes, we can set up any rental item we provide for an additional fee..

 

Do we need to clean or launder items we have rented?

 

Glassware, dishes and flatware need to be returned to us rinsed free of food and debris. They also need to be returned in the boxes or crates that they arrived in. Fee will be charged on these items if they are left dirty.

 

Linens should not be washed or laundered by the client. Please remove them from the table and shake out debris (confetti, rose petals, food) before returning them.

 

Please use linen bags provided to store linen. Clients will be charged for any mildew on linens stored in plastic bags.

 

Do you require a deposit to reserve an order?

 

We require 20% cash or check 30 days prior to your event. The balance will be due the week prior to your event, this is the time you will also need to provide us with your final guest counts.

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

 

A 50% refund will be given 30-15 days prior to an event. A 25% refund will be given 15-5 days prior to an event Once an order has been placed, we will allow quantity changes, up to 5 days prior to delivery if available.

 

How far in advance do you take reservations?

We take reservations up to four months in advance, or you can rent some items same day if availability allows.

 

Do you have consultation services?

 

Yes, we love to help our clients plan the rentals for events of all sizes. Stop by our showroom during normal business hours or call, and we will help you choose the right colors and styles to make your event a success.

 

How many days are rental prices good for?

 

Rental prices are good for a single day event. For pick up should be a day prior to your event in our business day. Our delivery being a day prior to your event and picking up one business day after an event is made if we have the availability. Additional fees may apply for multiple day events or multiple equipment use of equipment.

 

If I break or damage any item what are my options?

 

The replacement fee will be charged to you if any rental items are damaged or missing, this fee will be the original price of the rental items damaged or missing.

 

  What would happen if it's really windy? D&K Rental and More reserves the rights to cancel any tent rental when wind speeds are over 25 miles per hour. If a storm does arrive during your event, you'll have to be prepared. All of our tents are very sturdy and are designed to withstand storms. Of course, in the case of a very severe storm, you should vacate the tent to be safe. Tents are designed to flex and move slightly during a high wind
